What is CO2?

CO2 lasers are ablative lasers, meaning they remove the outside layers of skin. If you are interested in reducing the appearance of fine lines, sun damage and pores as well as improving skin texture with virtually no downtime, CoolPeel could be the ideal treatment for you.

What is CoolPeel?

CoolPeel is a peel used by the same CO2 laser machine. The goal is to comfortably deliver the benefits of a traditional CO2 resurfacing treatment. By targeting just the superficial layer of skin tissue, damaged skin is removed revealing younger and healthier-looking skin. And the before and after results are amazing!

What are the differences between the two?

Although both treatments are done by the same machine, there are a few differences between the two. Cool Peel improves the appearance of sun damage, age spots, texture, and wrinkles. Cool Peel also has very little to no down time with little to mild peeling, providers do recommend a total of 3 treatments to see best results. CO2 improves the appearance of fine lines, deep wrinkles, pigment, scarring , dark spots, sun damage, oversized pores. The down time would be up to 10 days with mild to severe peeling.
