When you feel inflamed, bloated, and don’t feel like yourself. It doesn’t feel good. With years of experience and talking with incredible practitioners I have so much good information but also from reading & my own research.
So, if you want the real nitty gritty, you’ll have to come in for a complimentary consultation because CoolSculpting is so life-changing when you do the whole big picture. The #1 most important tip because people can do everything ‘they should be doing’ but it’s still not working is go to somebody who will do a full scope of work.
I’m not someone who can tell you to go on a diet and totally restrict yourself so I think
adding some light movements and stay hydrated is beneficial BIG TIME!
First thing CoolSculpting is indicated for
The Coolsculpting procedure is FDA-cleared for the treatment of visible fat bulges in 9 different areas. It cools 18% more surface areas with enhanced suction producing more results in shorter time. Scientifically proven to eliminate up to 20-25% of treated fat for good. It is also FDA-cleared to affect the appearance of lax tissue with submental area treatments.
Body fat structure
CoolSculpting selectively targets the area of fat that is pinchable and easy to grab bulges of fat
Surrounding areas that are not treated are not affected
How CoolSculpting effects the fat
The total number of fat cells increases in childhood and into adolescence before leveling off and remains relatively constant in adulthood
For mothers after the treatment, the damaged fat cells are eliminated by the body, resulting in gradual fat reduction in the treated area
Once the treated fat cells are crystalized (frozen), your body processes and flushes away these dead fat cells
Without significant weight change, long-term fat reduction in the treated area remains after cryolipolysis
